have you tried to add the original eyes in it?
you can do that with masks orjust take the rubber with a soft brush
In mine I selected the eyes after that and changed the color tone and saturation, I really like the effekt (instead of this demo sign

To get rid of that demo thing, you could try saving it as big as you can, then bring it into a different program that isn't just a demo. Perhaps an older version of photoshop. And try to clone it out. That's what I would try.

Of course. You don't want to do all your work when it's small like that, do ya? Then find a spot that looks similar and clone it. Then paint over the demo thing. You can use various other tools to make it blend better if it doesn't look good cloned.
