Got to agree with solartis. The blacked out ground really hels the colours shine through and be much more vivid. Seeing too much of the ground would just detract from the beautiful sky. Beautiful shot, love it!

What an absolutely beautiful sunset... thatβs beyond words, God certainly is a painter.
I don't think there needs to be any more emphasis on the ground, it would just detract from the skyline.
Definantly a +fav.

Thise are some amazing colours! However, I would like to see more of the ground, seems to be really under-exposed. You can try opening the photo twice in the application you are using for editing photos and then copy the normally exposed ground to that sky and try to get the levels to match.
