У нее пухлые губы, маленький вздернутый носик, большие глаза - какая напрочь мужественная? Ощущение, что все сошли с ума.

Если приглядываться то да. А на первый взгляд у нее массивная челюсть, мощная шея, широкие плечи, крупные кисти рук и нет груди. Поэтому сначала кажется мужчина, потом видишь название, начинаешь вглядываться - а, не, женщина, ок, почему бы и нет)
