OMG I don't know if you ever even heard of him, but this looks so much like the musician, Blue Stahli! (his horns and ears are just normally invisible to mere mortals LOL)

After all one of his songs is "I'm The Devil". This picture would work perfectly for that song, or many others he has done.

It's definitely coincidence as I've never heard of this Stahli and am the one who had the portrait commissioned. I'll drop the character reference if you are actually curious about the character and not simply using an opportunity to gush about a favored musician.
