Okay, I personally don't like Bela, but this picture (and costume) is just beaaaaautiful *__* I kinda like how it's the strands and not her on the focus. It's nice effect. I like this shot. Alot.

The tilt gives it a quirkiness. I'm still trying to decide if I love it yet. But overall it's beautiful picture, with a beautiful girl.
