She's a character from The Rookwood Family Secrets, a short story I'm working on.Nobody knows for certain what side Celestia's on but she's very scary either way. She and her 'brother' Amel keep the extended family in line with the occasional aid of violence. Celestia (aka Celly, but only to her very close family) is a shapeshifter, her other form being a bear/wolf/lion hybrid thingy, but she'd rather rely on that rusty old crowbar for brutality purposes.
I had no idea what she'd loom like so I modelled her hair on mine.

There was a Rookwood in V for Vendetta. I got the name from there, I liked the way it sounded.

Nothing too mysterious. He's adopted so he's not her real brother. They thought her mom couldn't have kids so they adopted, but then a few years later she did get pregnant and Celestia happened. They consider themselves siblings even though he's sixteen years older than her, and also Iranian. He's actually related to the Rookwood family, but from a completely different branch.
