Description Recreation of an old picture (2012), done with the same stocks: I Ching 07 - Shi (The Army) Meme

This picture belongs to a series of 64 landscapes inspired by the 64 hexagrams of the I Ching (Yi King), the Chinese oracle book. I hope you'll like my interpretation.

Words which inspired me: army, cart and horse, the water is under the earth, field, crowd, soldiers.

Si tu veux, mais ce n'est pas très confortable: s'agissant de la représentation d'une déroute (le reste de l'armée se trouve au fond), j'avais l'idée de le remplir de cadavres (ou de blessés), mais le gore n'est pas trop dans mon style...
