I found it moving to paint Snape when he was filling his textbook with brilliant notes. His heart racing over a new discovery, his passion for alchemy igniting and the pride he takes in it; but of course without anything appearing.

J'ai trouvé émouvant L'idée de peindre le jeune Snape alors qu'il remplissait son célèbre manuel de notes brillantes. J'imagine que son cœur s'emballe devant une nouvelle découverte, sa passion pour l'alchimie s'enflamme et la fierté qu'il en tire est immense; mais bien sûr sans que rien n'y paraisse.
