FULL VIEW PLEASE!Melancholy; set me free...
for one of my good friends, the amazing (*Iardacil !) i've wanted to dedicate something to her for awhile, and now that she caught my 4000th pageview, i have a good reason!
she sent me the stock for this too... i had always admired this stock photo, but the stocker deleted all their stock.
this manip got changed so much from when i first started it... i completely switched to a new stock model, changed props, etc.

she is wearing white, is there an allusion toward her innocence or the attempt to show off that she still is a pure soul. The clock etched into your background appears to either show her waiting for her loved one to return to sweep her up off her feet or she's fearing that she's losing her youth and turning into a spinster. The storm clouds are on the horizon it's either a direct clue to show either an inner storm within her that reflects what's inside or rather she's going to be let down as the man of her dreams will die at see never to take her youth and make this girl into a woman.

i think i'd maybe like this even more with a 2:3 ratio rather than a 3:4.... maybe.

i feel that maybe the design could be better... maybe... if the cropping would have been taller or less wide. so that the ratio between the width-hight would be 2:3 which is the natural analog camera aspect ratio... btw, the natural aspect ratio for digital cams is 3:4.. something to do with the cesor .. i'm not an expert on the reasons.
anyways.. it's an after thought.. i don't think you really should change this after you've finished it... it's more of a something to think about in the future.
