Bear is a new comic seris from SLG (the guys who support Nny, Lenore, and a whole bunch of other cool stuff). Bear is made by Jamie Smart, a really funny artist from England. Some people think Jamie is Jhonen under a different name, but their styles are so different it's impossible.Bear, obviously, is the little fluffy thing in the light. The Cat in the shadows is Lookshkin (I think Look-sh-kin is how you say it) and if you're familiar to the comic you know he's a very crazy, horney, kitty. He loves to torment Bear with painful things.
I can a sure you, bad thing will happen.

Hmmm.... Jamie is Jhonen? Are they serious? As much as I like Looshkin, he's definately not Jhonen's. Or those other characters. See, you can define comix by how they look and where they get their humor. Like, Lenore is soft and smudge-shadowed, and the humor is... violence and something else. Jhonen's has a very distinct look and the humor is irony. He's a mastermind at irony. Bear isn't very Ironic, and everyone looks totally different form Jhonen's universe. Yess... It never occured to me that they might be one in the same. Specially when Jhonen's already got Mr. Scolex.

Whee boo and arrgh, this is amazing. You got that crisp b/w inking lighting in perfect. And Loosh looks so menacing even tho he's not even smiling! kudos kudos kudos. Hang on a second...let me just go away, come back and introduce myself in a different voice...
