Yeah much like my Oswald picI thought I would do a Felix version. For a cat with a magic bag I'm pretty sure he would go about trying to sell you things you wouldn't want. The background pattern is like a floral pattern on old carpetbags back in the day.

Heh, as I see this, I can't help but think of him as a Yankee, considering the origin of a carpet bagger. Yet, with a bag as magical as his, I know that he'd get a lot done.
