I did this yesterday for a friend who celebrates her birthday today. I'm glad she liked it
There isn't an actual idea behind this. I think it's an abstract, but I'm... not quite sure... And I'm really no good with titles, so I'll probably keep on writing the date they were made as a title.

(although i definitely see at least a couple *non*-abstract ideas showing up...) also... interesting that you created it for a friend's birthday; a month or 2 ago -- before i'd ever heard of deviantart.com, let alone seen your "14.05.09 UF4" -- i made a card for a friend's birthday featuring my newest variation of a [non-fractal?] pattern i created a couple years ago... yours and mine have some almost-eerie similarities; i wonder what else we have in common! (wish i had some examples readily available to scan in; i'd love to compare notes with you!)
