Umm, well... You can use the thumb in journals and notes, but other than that I don't know. If it were a plz account, you could be able to use it in comments, but I don't think it's good enough for a plz. Oh, and someone said they were going to use it on MSN, so feel free to do so

Those are all plz accounts: [link] There are probably thousands of them on dA. It's mainly emotes like the ones in the journal, for people to use freely in comments. Though I have no intention of making this such an account, there are probably better waving emotes...
