Ok so does that mean you created the logo in photoshop... and i just wanted to ask that:
Does the use of blur,layer effects ,shdow effect(in .ai) ...affect the print quality of the logo and bussines card?

Yes it is created in photoshop...
and the quality of printing depends on the resolution of the file and the quality of printing material used by the client, hence it differs according to their budget or requirement.
