....and now for something completely different!

This is my contribution to the competition being held in the group British Pencil-Paint britishpencil-paint.deviantart… , with the theme "British Television"

This is the character Patsy Stone, played by the actress Joanna Lumley, in the hit British comedy series Absolutely Fabulous (Ad Fab), first screened in 1992.

Ann, I am just saving my favs and I think I tell you I have looked again your website. Once you said it is mady by your daughter, so I visited her site and ...Yes, she is a pretty one. As her mammy.

And about this painting: yes, it is fine, good technic...but it has something more. Like a young woman who should worth more but her life gonna ruin. The all is so bizarre...

Joanna Lumley is awesome , big fan of hers ...... Not so much absolutely fabulous , that was great when it 1st came on the scene but its not the same now - she has so much more to offer , would make a great MP , clever woman , knows her stuff ........... This is excellent btw ....... Did you see that documentary she did on the Northern Lights ?

She would make a brilliant MP, but people like her just never seem to want that job. I've seen a few of her documentaries but must of missed that one. Was it on recently? I have been asked to paint the Northern lights, so that would have been interesting to see!
