Awww, how wonderful to see a picture of Elrond being all happy and loving with his family! The expression of joy on his face is just beautiful! Beautiful drawing, too. I'm a very cartoony artist, but I'm actually getting the itch to try something more realistic after seeing this... usually, realistic fanart is just of pretty yet neutral facial portraits, but yours here is a very loving and vibrant moment... I almost want to try something like this myself now... (when I get the time... )

OHYMGOSH WHAT A CUTE PICTURE and what a privilege to see the elven lord in such a state. I love the pure happiness and excitement flowing through this picture. It has a stained-glass feel, for me at least. I love the bright colors. Beautiful, beautiful job!

He deserved happiness after everything he'd done for Middle Erth
It must have been difficult for him,knowing that Estel would one day take his only daughter.But on the other hand that was what Elrond had always strived for,to see Aragorn reclaim the throne....bah it's so complicated
