I've been working on a lot of Ofelia's story recently, it's been running through my head while I service and it's a lot clearer, everything seems to fit now.

While in the Oubliette, the whore house, Ofelia is considered a nuisance. She wont lay down and accept what the customers want to give her. She punches, kicks, and bites. Even at one point, she manages to hide a bit of piping in the mattress and gives the next customer a big old fright. A metal kiss.
This is where the establishment decide something has to change. They pin her down and inject her with meth, to calm her down, make her reasonable. But her body reacts to it strangely. She almost becomes a living doll, so out of it that she doesn't even notice clients coming to do the old in out, all she really notices is the prick in her inner elbow every few hours.
The establishment has had enough and phone the big boss, telling him that the newest worker was useless, without the meth she bites the clients dicks off, with it she's like a doll, and it's hard to sell a living doll to the clients, they like something that moves.
The big Boss agrees to take her away, and give them compensation. He goes himself, to oversee the pickup and he catches her eye for a moment, does Eastley, just a moment, as she's carried into the black limo with darkened windows.
