Advice of any kind on making backgrounds would be helpful.
I made it an empty room because I'm still not too good with perspective. x'D

Edit: Will be periodically editing the background based on the suggestions I get. (assuming edits are at least semi successful)

ah i cant help you much on making backgrounds cause im not an expert but try making like 1 layer for shadows and a layer for light ( and of course the normal layer without light )

i use paint tool sai

you should try free some space on your pc skype is the best for this kind of stuff seriously i could post a video but i couldnt anwser your questions

With edges, typically shade heavy and lighten as you reach the top. Might be wrong- trying to remember grade 9 art is a wee bit tough.
