I watched a video about button eyes and wanted to make a character based on that!I'd like to say her power is to turn people into dolls and chase them down to button their eyes, trapping their souls in a lifeless doll as long as the buttons stay on. I have a pretty cool idea of a picture that feature her surrounded by my OCs in doll form.
Don't think the outfit is set in stone, but I'm definitely keeping the button iris and rag doll patchwork skin.
