So sorry for the delay on these. I'm going to try putting out pages again now.
To talk about this section in the story I'll admit I hadn't originally planed this talk but once I started writing it I rather enjoyed this as it allowed me to give some highlight to Chara who got pretty neglected over part two. Now as Chara says this isn't actually Asriel. As was demonstraited briefly the halucinations they get can come from either Finnagan OR Chara. This is less Asriel and more an embodiment of Chara's own guilt and negative feelings. As confirmed by the fact that Evil Asriel looses the arrows when Chara calls him out.

I'll also admit originally I planned for MORE halucinations in this part but cut several due to feeling like part three was taking forever.
