This is more or less the base of an animation picturing Ano and Raph arguing (as they always do)I really want to start drawing out frames for some of my stories and things as well, and I'm super excited about letting you guys see what I've been picturing!

Clip Studio Paint Pro! It has illustration, manga, and animation settings. I couldn't tell you how much it is since it was a gift from a good friend of mine but I wanna say it might be around $50?
