Okay. So. Yes, I know this is not in my usual style. I really wanted to capture Anocari in a different way so you could see more of her emotion in a more realistic way. I feel that sometimes when I draw in my manga style, you can't see as much of the emotion. Well, as a lot of you may not have known, I can do a lot more than just manga drawings, but thats a story for another time. Anyway, the back story behind this picture is when Donny and Anocari are finally reunited after 3 1/2 years. Anocari is simply waiting to meet him by Belverdere Castle in Central Park, located just next to Turtle Lake, which many of you know the turtles actually live under this lake for a good period of time in the 2k3 series. When Donny appears to meet her, he begins to instantly cry. Anocari hears his sobs and turns, speaking his name as if she doesn't believe he's really there. You can just see the raw emotion on her face, how long it's been since they've laid eyes upon each other..she's so happy, but at the same time she's sad because she had to be away from him.
