Police officers at a demonstration last week. I don't know what they were talking about, but the lady looked rather tortured.

Yeah, but with little success.
She looked rather grumpy the whole time. So much that I actually stopped taking photos of her at one point because she scared me.

I wasn't demonstrating about anything at all, just taking pictures.
They called it something like "We won't be paying for your crisis", in favour of more democratic control of financial markets, against governments saving banks and the rich rather than doing something for ordinary citizens...something along those lines. But basically pretty much everyone had their own message and things to fight for, from basic social care for everyone to "Stop military intervention on the Philippines".
