This totally does not surprise me after seeing the regular one where she is getting/has found what looks like maybe possibly a baby dragon if not some weird kind of lizard that's probably perfectly normal in that setting XD The wings seem a bit awkwardly angled compared to each other, guess they're either more flexible with their wings than I'm used to or maybe I need to study wing motion more?

I have very little experience with painting dragons (animals/creatures in general), so you're totally right, and thanks for telling me that! With human characters i can feel something's off intuitively, but here i completely missed the fact that the wings aren't aligned, even though now that you've mentioned it it seems so obvious.
You got the story right as well; she meets a quirky old man in a forest who offers her a lizard and two sticks as a gift, and she is amused enough to accept it, but they turn out to be a magic dragon and two enchanted swords.

Thanks! I can't always choose the style of a character's costume (sometimes clients ask for sexier stuff, sometimes they request more realistic armor), but i felt in this case it wouldn't suit the character's personality if she was wearing something revealing.
