Oh god. My first (and probably only) Naruto OC. He was made on a whim and a desire to be somebody's rival.

His name is Hokyokuno Kurumi and he's a native of the Village Hidden in the Mist. Er... He's a chuunin and wants to join the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, but needs to make ANBU first. He's a diligent fighter and trainer, but tends to be indifferent to those around him. Kurumi doesn't have a recognizable sexual orientation, and isn't remotely interested in romance.

As a ninja, he bases his fighting style around his sword, which can channel chakra and some types of jutsu. His specialties in battle are weapons and ninjutsu, though he is somewhat proficient at taijutsu. He has high stamina but is clumsy with hand signs and can't plan well or run particularly quickly. Kurumi's chakra elements are lightning and water (not combined) and are used in a variety of basic jutsus, as well as a few advanced ones. Being from an unimportant family in the village, he has no curse marks, bijuu, kekkei genkai, or hiden techniques.

He's the rival of 's OC, Danddo Seri.
