Image is a lot grainier and noisier than i'd like, had to shoot at a high shutter speed to escape the movement of the Vaporetto, so the ISO was driven right up..excuses excuses!

This is great. Such a wide shot the bend in the river looks so far away, it's giving me some sort of vertigo feeling staring at it.
I love the grain especially on the sky. I had some guy telling me how to take a photo so it's less grainy and to make the sea appear still... But I didn't want that at all I love the grainy look. Life is beautiful but it's also chaotic confusing I like when the camera captured this.

I agree, grain can be really beautiful in a shot, it always reminds me of nice vintage film shots. Not always the most artistic but i like the atmosphere it creates!
Everything's too clean and polished these days, so no harm in a bit of rough and dirty noise and grain!
