This is an amazing portrait.
Only thing I would change, is that I miss the top of her head.

I concur with ansphoto on this.
Not including the top portion of the model's (Iliada's) head serves to act as a nice top to bottom figure (or visual "weight") that counterbalances the emptiness / out of focus segment / area on the right side of the image.
To have allowed a space above her head would have allowed an encroachment of sorts of the out-of-focus area on the right side of the image INTO the in-focus area on the left side of the image.
It WORKS as it is presently.
Iliada's profile cuts a very, very strong delineating line between the focus and out-of-focus portions of the image.
Very stately / regal countenance.
