I felt like drawing some Pokemon fan art. I just decided to choose Jirachi.
Jirachi is cool and grants wishes. 
This is my first time drawing Jirachi. Jirachi's head took longer than I thought it would. 
I'm pretty happy with the background I made. When making this I would work on this for a few minutes (as a break), go back to my PSAT practices, work on this picture, read and then continue the cycle. Hope you like this.Programs Used: MS Paint and GIMP
