While not announced, it will either be first or second part of 2018! I think The Defenders is going to be focused heavily on him. If you watch it's teaser and read into all it's clues they are meeting The Hand. Much like DD S2 I predict it's going to be either divided into two arch's. First where the four need to come together then the other major event which brings them together. But that's speculation. Interwoven while they get along would be the obvious build up. Once Electra wakes all hell breaks loose in the third act.
I always found Matt's "year one" suit amusing the way it's depicted on screen though. I always told myself "Wow...If this isn't a tease at Iron Fist I don't know what is." Netflix really needs to up their game when it comes to Marvel series. They are putting their foot down at two seasons a year yet expanding on the amount of shows they have. If you have JJ, LK, DD, IF, The defenders and a potential Punisher show in the works it's unfair to fans of one show to wait two or three years for a single season while Chelsea gets three days a week. That's such a drain on servers....
