Very nice use of form. The many swirls and curves appear to be in motion with their interesting form; particularly the ones on the end of the sculpture, it's appears as if they are droplets of foamy water running around the perimeter of the structure. In fact, the entire piece appears to be made of water in itself!
With the heavy use of all of these fragments and combining them in one mass, quite the powerful apparel is achieved and the look is very engaging. Adding that element of movement and life into a still object is very captivating.

I love the use of the spiral form of the actual piece as well, allowing for an interesting shape that appears structurally adept as well as very interesting; the spiraled curves add to the sense of motion.
The wave-like formation at the head of the object is also very nice, and, as mentioned, it reminds me distinctly of a large white-water wave.

The use of a bright cyan as the primary colour works not only to reinforce the aqua theme, but to stand out in a refreshing way against the deeper blue.
In particular, the much brighter foam-like waves that trace the object convey the lovely spiral shape very effectively and only increases the contrast in comparison to the background.
The shadow, as well, of course, adds a sense of realism and physicality to the almost magical form of water, making a nice play for the eyes and the perception of matter.
Again, very nice use of form to portray motion, awesome work!

I always love finding amazing critiques like this, as I read through them I find myself agreeing as well as seeing even more things to appreciate.
I wish I had your ability to put into words the exact reason I like a piece of work.
