Panda, do you somehow have a tutorial on how you digitally added the color to this piece?

FEAR NOT. I SHALL FIX YO HAIRS.
Oh man Lewis and Clark! Good times.
The original is on a huge sheet of paper -- I don't have a ruler but it looks like 16'x14' ;-; My art instructor thought it was a good idea xD I sketched it in pencil then inked it with a ballpoint pen. It isn't papermate, but it's ballpoint. The lines look pretty because I spent 6+ hours on it (x

tye-dye kit? 030 get a white v or boat-neck and tye dye in blue and red pastels after the silkscreen, that would be such an amazing shirt!

Ahaha it does deviate from the stuff I usually upload xD I don't usually upload my more abstract things because I don't spend time polishing them from doodle-quality, but this was for a shirt (x

Wow, Panda D: I don't know what to say other than wow. I've said before that you're good at patterny things but this is just amazing. It looks like some of the patterns on tops I have. Nay, it looks better than them. Everything is so flowing and gorgeous and how do you do things like thiiis ;A;γIt's beautiful and there's so much to look at. I swear I see a leetle octopus in there xD And I'm intrigued by the mushrooms lined up with a... knife?
Is there some kind of particular meaning to this image?

antichange In reply to Hikarino [2011-01-26 02:07:18 +0000 UTC]
<33 Thanks so much, Hika C: Your comments always make me feel special ahaha. The flowliness took a great number of hours of sketching and staring at other peoples' flowy doodles o: Turns out, if you doodle enough, it becomes more natural. xD
That IS an octopus 8D It wasn't intentional, actually ... I noticed some of the swirls looked like an octopus, so it became one. It's my favorite part of this piece (x I love it when random cool surprising things happen when I draw \o/ There isn't a meaning to anything, really ... I wanted to make a shirt with swirls, and I've been doodling a lot of trees recently. Actually, the knife is probably the only thing there on purpose. My friend likes to flick knives. It's been on my mind lately (x
