I think this would be a lot cooler if the model had an interesting expression.
All female models I've seen in the past few years have neutral and unexpressive faces. I'm very disappointed. The entirety of this photo is amazing! It brings such curiosity to the subject, outfit and scene... but all that stops at the expression.
It's like, "Whoa, that's really -- ... oh. Never mind."
I don't mean to say you haven't got a good photo, here. I really do like the composition, focal point and color distribution.
The model's face, however, is very lackluster because of its blankness (but maybe that's what you were going for?). I just thought I'd share my two cents.

FUN! I love the playful feeling of the overall shot contrasted by the formality of the dress and her expression. Her expression, though more serious looking, almost let's out an almost hidden grin. I love this piece!
