Description
Another image from a previous project. This piece is set outside the fire dungeonentrance, showing the charred type of environment that would pervade around
the entrance to this elemental dungeon. The character is sketched into the scene
as scale reference mostly.

A 3d rendering of your creation into some video rendering program would be fascinating. It obviously would take alot of computing power but you'd be able to render an entire video of one's voyage through a dungeon and later ad the colors and contrasts. You wouldn't even have to make it look realistic, just leave the paint effect as is here. But that would definitely be alot more work than it sounds in my suggestion.

Reminds me of Frodo entering Mount Doom. The menacing red tones contrast excellently with the almost sickly green light illuminating the other side of the door. Gives a very grungy, apprehensive feel to the image, similar to what the character might be feeling as he enters the unknown beyond that imposing door....

I love the geometric distortion on the trees and architecture. It makes this piece feel very cinematic. As though it were being photographed with a wide angle lens.
The cross lighting enhances the dramatic feel.
