You almost had me, but my brain hates the calf and foot. Just slightly to long and didn't sell the support spreading the toes. The background just isn't cupping or supporting the body in the right places. You can fool the eye, but you have to sell the brain.
If you are going to do such a strange pose and invite the brain in to study what it is looking at, then make sure you sell it fully.
Other than the slight in balance in length and position, you have done a brilliant job on the characters finish.
