This works as a water dragon, besides being awesome it looks like a living dragon based coral reef with various wave like designs on the body. Well crafted design in my opinion

Actually if I recall in Welsh folklore, there was a Dragon of the sea by the name of Dylan or something along those lines. Perhaps some research into the folklore and any surviving art from the period might allow you an inspiration to incorporate into your own works.
