But I've been stuffing my sims a bit and so far, no results. How long does the process take before I get results?

You may have to speed the process up, just because sometimes the game doesn't register that the mod is supposed to be taking effect. When you click on your current sim, click the nraas option, then master controller. From here, you go to settings and CAS, where the numbers you put are really up to personal preference.

For the body slider offset option, my value is 900 while my body slider multiple is by 4, the facial by 1. You should start seeing more obvious results after you do that, but remember it usually take filling your sim's queue twice of eating random things for weight to be put on.
