Model: Hatsune Miku (modeling/converting: )Programs: MMD (MikuMiKuDance), MME (Nim) and Free Video To Flash Converter.
Request:
For those of you who did not notice, the skirt and tie are hand animated to have static physics.
Edit: The converter ruined the last bounce...... not enough FPS for skirt to look good..........adsdadfasd

I believe `static physics` are when there are no physic options activated, but you animate the static bones to make it look like it has physics.
