LOL well, they shove a 3 inch long needle through your lip then pull it out and force a dull loop of metal through the open wound in your face. I'd say it hurts just a bit. XD

Lol yeah... it hurt a WHOLE lot. It was just a single needle for the very fine detail. However, tattoos hurt depending on where you get them. The fleshier the area, the less they hurt.
