the color contrast here works great to pull you forward in the image. Making you center, and keeping the environment very cool (in color) and the feel of fall. Only one thing to think about, that being the boots are so dark they blend in very well and give you in the purple wrap an almost floating look. Now I'm not sure if that is your intention or just a mistake. But I would say over all I like the look this picture gives.

Although I'm a big fan and practitioner of black and white, shooting you in anything but full color seems wrong somehow.
