I like it, but I have a small critique you can take with a grain of salt.
I feel like there is some disparity between the quality of rendering and lighting that is used on the dragon--(which is excellent BTW)--and the waves in the foreground.. The white foam edge on the foreground wave especially sticks out to me, cheapening the overall image. Perhaps if it was darkened/blurred or if it didn't have that dry brush look it wouldn't draw my eye...? I dunno, I'm nitpicking here, but it just struck me, as it is otherwise a imaginative and well rendered piece.
