8 hours and I gonna crazy... but the worse thing is I cannot sleep 0;0...Yay... Its a sky from another place, or dimension... to a project that I cannot say about
any sugestion I accept, comments anyway

I dunno if you've heard about this, but there's an easy technique on ms paint to blend colours

not unfair...just easier. Seriously, when you're doing pixel art, I think you're allowed to use a few shortcuts, it's one of the most time consuming forms of art out there. If there's a way to shorten that down a bit I think one should be allowed to use it. Just saying...

Yeah I saw it, the art's great but I think you should've done the animation in Flash instead of Photoshop so the animation could be better

the first intention is just to show the art, the animation will be done with my programer friend XD

Nice sunset-ish palette, cloud shaping also sounds attractive to me.
Given the rough shapes here and there, I assume it's a work in progress, you seem to love the dithering torture 
Regarding your clouds, I would brighten your darkest purple to prevent the contrast jump, antialiasing their shapes might also be a good idea to enhance the fluffy feeling.

Well, IMO, color blending in the animated version seems way better, however, I still consider that it lacks a few hues (or maybe another dithering style) to achieve a smoother display.
As for the clouds, the darkest purple still seems out of place (too much contrast) to me, I'm also not fond of the cloud shapes animated, especially at their top, because I find them not rounded enough.
Anyway, I prefer this version.
