-GANKUTSUOU- THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO. seriously people if you have yet to lay eyes on this beautiful anime please go rent it, bootleg it, or stand outside your neighbors window while he watches it. it's just that epic. once again Albert gets the center even though I detest him. (it's probably because he's the easiest to draw). this was insanely fun and i do like the way it turned out (a few errors here and there but hey who's perfect

I absolutely fell in love with this anime. I grew up on the orriginal book by Dummas and it is beautiful. However, a lot of the film adaptations are good, but not quite *there* in my eyes in comparrison to the book. But then I found this series in my local library and was astonished with not only how close the story line is (well, truth be told until 3/4 of the way through, but whatever), but also the futuristic spin and the overall boldness of the animation and colors. Overall I would, and have, recommended this anime to many and will continue to do so.
