She's had two shirts for that very reason, and probably more if I think up more designs. If it does save the larger size then she's stuck at that size and her condition advances. So she's always careful and doesn't usually get too emotional to avoid the situation.
She suffers more than just BE, hence why the shirts are so vital to her.

Don't know about Dalia since I don't know your OCs, as for the BE thing, it's a fairly common source of it.
As for the Ife similarities, an enjoyment of video games does not mean similar personalities. The expressions are due to Naomi's apathy and Ife's tiredness. Naomi doesn't like to express more emotions due to her condition where Ife will showcase more emotions.
That's ok though, I don't mind you making quick to judge assumptions though.
