Finished version of [link]2H HB B 2B 6B pencils and cleaned up in photoshop. Think Im gonna do more drawings in full pencil, I had fun with this one.

I like this one a bit more than the other piece I critiqued, but I'm seeing some of the same few problems as with the last one. Using sketch lines.
For example, the left arm behind him seems disproportionate. It could be made smaller than the right arm because of perspective, but the hand breaks that perspective completely because it's not consistent in size with the rest of the left arm. Furthermore, it seems to have been drawn a bit low, and you should probably only be seeing the forearm. The hands look fine though.
I've never actually seen that anime before, so I don't know if his hair actually looks that way, but what I'm getting at is that his hair looks like feathers, as if you were trying to make each individual hair strand show by pointing the tips away from each other, but hair doesn't normally do that. One or two strands is fine, but you'll usually be seing them as a tip or strand together. Of course, if his hair is supposed to look like that, then feel free to disregard this.
I don't really like the eyes much. Maybe they lack detail, or maybe it's the anime, but there seems to be almost no eyelids, and the pupils seem to be straight black and are kind of big. Like bug eyes or something. The eyebrows are also positioned too close to the eyes. There should be some spacing between them. The only time you may actually draw the eyebrows really close to the eyes is under particular perspectives, like an almost top down view where the space between the eyes and eyebrows can't be seen well. Nonetheless, it's still there.

Thanks for the critique. Im definately gonna start tryin to use those sketch lines in the future for proportion.
I agree, I made the hair way too feathery. Some parts I think look OK, but not overall.
I didn't even notice that with the eyebrows until now, but the part closer to the ears (at least) definitely isn't supposed to be touchin the eyelid.
