Bearing in mind I'm not a pro at all yet, and probably not entitled to much of an opinion. Just thought comment on a few things, if you'd like to add to it.
Sorry if this sounds a little negative in advance.
For me I'm not sure whether that is a window or a doorway as the squareness at the top makes it look flat to the wall, maybe blend it in better or have the smoke/fog come through the top a little too. I see you have a little reflection on her left side of the face but don't be afraid to accentuate this, the white light light looks like it'd be far stronger than the fire/lamp light, and it should fill the room some more to strengthen the feeling of being intruded upon. Other than that it's pretty solid. I love the facial expression however I'd make the body ever so slightly more afraid to match it. Perhaps the left shoulder raised slightly. Keep up the good work. Again, you are better than me but I thought I'd share my eyes with you. Peace

This is a great narrative! The scene draws your eyes to the terrified character to the left hand side of the image - which has a moody frame for the face, lighting and expression. And then, the reason for the person's fears becomes apparent! Your eye is then pulled to the shadows entering the room. like it!

What exactly is a sneakling? A ghost-like creature or something else? Either way, love how they look, they remind me of the children from risk of rain. The guy on the left looks pretty cool (and horrified) too.
