Neat! Its nice to see other people take on the Hobgobs, especially when they can be so random. I like the gear in the chest and the half-gears for horns, the implications of a blending of clockwork and traditional fantasy is a very nice touch indeed.

After first seeing that glow, I thought there'd be a lighsaber included or some crazy sci-fi plasma gun...but it's good even without them! Quite good, I might add.
Just one question...is someone using those stairs? I mean, I guess they are more a pair of horns, but...they look like stairs! For...bugs? Birds?!

What did you use to colour it? I love the effect, especially of the 'smoke' by the feet.

Good ol' photoshop. Tried to use alot of hue-changes instead of actually painting, to keep the focus on the linework. The smoke is 100% painted with a normal brush, though. No filters.
