This is the main charactor from the book that may never be. She is Agg Neccor. Which means lightning witch. She can throw lighning at people or things or bugs or what ever pisses her off. unfortuantly, some Agg Neccor tend to be unstable and accedently throw bolts when they get too excited. This has lead to a stigma about Agg Neccor that they may inadvertantly shock you, you know, if they get to angry or happy or trip over something, making you a very dead, very sad panda... As a result, most people don't want anything to do with them.
