Traditional watercolour painting. Though it could be any generic beach drawing, I actually based this one on the town we always go to spend our summer: Rota, in Cadiz, Spain. My family always rent a small apartment in front of the beach. It's really not fancy, but it totally compensates it with this beautiful views to the sea. I wish we can go this year, though with the COVID outbreak, I think it's gonna be difficult... Even if we are allowed to travel, maybe I won't even have the time to go there, as I will need to recover all this lost time to work on my PhD thesis experiments... Makes me a bit sad

This is the first free hand watercolour painting I do without following any tutorials, just going with my gut feeling! I feel the greens are maybe too strong in comparison with the rest of the blues and sand? What do you think?
