Okay, so WTF was up with the final five minutes of the latest episode of Star Vs The Forces of Evil? Simply put, they turned what was a very good episode into a confusing mess.

It was going GREAT... Star and Marco were stuck in that cage... Toffee and the monsters had the wand, draining it of it's power... I was looking forward to seeing the masterplan...

Then...

Who the HECK was the unicorn with the stupid Mexican accent who somehow resurrected the wand? What was the 'joke' in blowing up the castle, and leaving behind that fake dummy of the lizard man? What was the point in introducing Marco's parents for an unfunny gag? Was that idiotic conversation between Star's mother and father and that blue exhibitionist through the mirror supposed to be funny? And what were they on about with the wand being 'split?' The last part of this episode really rankled me... It felt like they just didn't care, so they threw any old crap at the screen.

And, seriously... WHO THE F*** WAS THAT UNICORN, AND WHERE DID HE COME FROM NOW?!

I watched the show with two other friends... And they were just as nonplussed as me.

The opening episode of the second season better have some pretty good answers for all this nonsense.
