This is a cool photo (not just because peacocks are my favorite).
The directional pull of the lines of the feathers really sends the viewer's eyes towards the photos purpose. and the coloring and the lighting is done in a way that really helps to highlight that beautiful blue in the "eye" of the feathers and her dress.
